I needed this item relatively urgently and it took a month, from the first time I paid, before i then had to revert to asking for my money back. They mixed up consignment notes and were very uninformative during the problem. I strongly recommend against them... Review 2 - Posted Jan 2007: Arranged a pick up for the 24th jan still waiting on the 25th no email reply except for one i recieved at 3.30 on 24th telling me that they will pick up untl 5.30 pm they must of meant a different 24th jan as i am still sat here with parcel Review 3 - Posted Mar 2009: Given the run about re severely damaged parcel contents. Company refused to take any responsibility for throwing package around and breaking it to pieces. Taking insurance didn't seem to have any relevance or value. I will be avoiding this gang in future.
