No response to two emails so I called a spoke to a representative who replaced the order. The same wrong cooker was re-delivered. Now Coop says the ad is wrong and they don't carry the model advertised. Never were emails answered to and no compensation for my time and calls. BAD BAD NEWS Review 2 - Posted Aug 2006: I recently purchased an American fridge freezer. The product, which was bought at a competitive price, arrived within three days (at the promised time) and the delivery men were absolutely brilliant when we encountered a slight problem with a low clearance door!
