A courier arrived with the fridge while I was out on 19/11. On 22/11 my order is still shown as in progress. I subsequently found it was damaged in 2 places - not evident until it was unpacked. I have sent 2 x emails and 3 faxes and tried calling their VERY EXPENSIVE 0700 number which is either engaged or connects to what purports to be a queue with canned music that goes on forever - at over 7p a minute. My advice - don't touch them with a bargepole. Review 2 - Posted Jan 2005: I found the contact details for a director of 247 electrical on and contacted him about the problems I experienced. I have to say that he acted honourably and sorted out the problem.
