Was told it would take up to 45 minutes for someone to arrive but Mark (callsign 7216) arrived in less than 10. He was the classic RAC patrolman - polite, cheerful and competent. He got the car going but as it kept dying unexpectedly he followed me all the way to the garage to be safe. Excellent service! Thanks. Review 2 - Posted Mar 2004: Every time I phoned they would say 'someone will be with you in 20 mins' only to call back 20 mins later and say it'll be another 20 mins. The last straw was when they did this four times while I was stuck on a dual carraigeway and in the end I had to call a friend to come and tow us.
