I ordered a skirt - in sale that I wanted for a special occasion. 3 weeks later, despite confirmatory and despatch e-mails it became clear they hadn't sent it and didn't have it. Customer service a joke - still getting e-mails re my 'cancelled' order. I didn't and I've tried to complain with zero response. Buy in store and don't trust the on line site.
