Here are a few Random Reviews on Comet.co.uk: Review 1 - Posted Jun 2009: I bought a Hotpoint WDD960A washer/drier in November 2008 and it was delivered just before Christmas. After five months the machine developed a spinning fault whereby it was pumping out the water but not spinning the clothes. Apparently due to unbalanced load caused by not putting enough clothes in the machine. I have to wait eight days now for a new circuit board to be placed in the machine. Review 2 - Posted May 2009: I would like to point out to anyone thinking of using Comet for their electrical purchase DONT DO IT!!!!!!! I had a Bosch dishwasher delivered but did not unpack it on delivery because we had to wait for the fitter to come on the 15th. When we unpacked the dishwasher today the whole lid just came off, they seem to have left out the fixings! I rang Comet and after explaining this to 4 different peo Review 3 - Posted Apr 2010: I'd like to know how long it takes to get a refund on the delivery charge when the product ordered doesn't arrive on the day given even though you've acknowledged it was your error. This was confirmed by e.mail to us by Comet customer support. We've found the tel no: you advise us to use but it does not get answered, please advise. It seems that Comet customer support have a similar problem.
