I didn't have a problem getting it but my Gran who lives in Scotland didn't get it until last month. Seems a bit unfair considering we all pay the same line rental? - Donald D. Review 2 - Posted Mar 2004: Used to be with A-- Bro-----d but it kept crashing/jamming/giving blank pages so I made the switch to BT's. So far so good, five weeks in and the only problem I've had is configuring the popup-ad blocker, it doesn't work as well as you would expect. i.e. it doesn't block enough popups ... Review 3 - Posted Feb 2009: I have been trying to install my btbroadband & wireless hub plus hubphone for 2 weeks. Something is sadly amiss and try as I will, I cant get BT to contact me. I was warned by friends that chosing BT would be a bad mistake but sadly I didnt listen. Just cant say how disgusted I am with the service & Indian call centre has no solution to the problems & fails to ring back as promised.Forget BT!
