Upgrades on flights were almost automatic and the concirge service is fabulous. Unfortunately the Internet Crash killed me off. You don't want o owe AMEX ant money. Their debt collects are fierce and theeir lawyers even worse. Five years later they still have me by the unmentionables.. Review 2 - Posted Apr 2004: Wow! Big site or what?
