The only problem was that they promised to send a voucher for confirmation by e-mail within 5 minutes. This never arrived. I sent two e-mails to their reservations site which was never answered. I have just phoned them today(Wednesday) and they were quite apathetic.PAUL Review 2 - Posted Apr 2009: Alpha rooms booked our Grandmother into a closed hotel and then refused to admit it was closed despite the fact we visited the place and found it to be completely boarded up and its own website stated the fact it was closed for a further month. It took us days of frustrating phonecalls to eventually get them to admit it was closed and still no refund!!!! Review 3 - Posted Apr 2004: Excellent site and excellent service.
