Placed an order for a year's subscription to National Geographic in November 2005 and payment was taken. It is now March 2006 and no magazines have been received. Several emails were ignored and I have now finally received an answer stating that a magazine will be received in April - 5 months after payment. We will see. Review 3 - Posted Oct 2005: Web site and prices are good, but delivery and customer service leave much to be desired. I ordered a book 8 days ago with advertised dispatch within 1-2 working days. It has not yet been sent.
