Have always had value for money, been treated as a valued customer. All the drivers are customer focused. Less expensive than competitors who provide identical tours. Review 2 - Posted Apr 2009: Alpha rooms booked our Grandmother into a closed hotel and then refused to admit it was closed despite the fact we visited the place and found it to be completely boarded up and its own website stated the fact it was closed for a further month. It took us days of frustrating phonecalls to eventually get them to admit it was closed and still no refund!!!!
